I have a sleeve/piston from a p5xlt...will this work. If it does how much power will I lose compared to the flashes 9 port sleeve. Thanks

I wouldn't say you'll loose power. You will sacrifice top end for more bottom end. The 5 ports like the P5 are really good all around motors. I have no clue if that works or not, I've thought about it but never tried it.
