Thankyou
That's an old Picco-built engine that was last sold around 2007 I think.

I don't think that's a Picco-based engine...

Look like not a lot people using Orion mills... Is it because of support? or some other reasons?

What temperature range does the orion engines run at I have done around 12 tanks now through the engine in the 9th tank I started leaning it out and jumping it and temps around 210-215f I kept it at the same setting till the 12th tank It does not scream when in the straight section it seems like it wants to be leaned out and still can not clear the triple jump. It is slightly rich from race tune I think. Should I race tune it and till what temp can I get it up to which is safe? 260F ?? 250F ?

What engine would you suggest? A lot of racers at my local track use orion engines and they love them , not even a single broken heatsink head, not even a case and holds the tune perfectly and has plenty of power. I had an alpha plus engine and it cracked after 6 gallons.

I swear by my novarossi engines. Ive also ran OS and Picco engines and prefer the Nova's. OS would be my 2nd choice.

Also heard good things about the FX engine.

I just got my Orion 5 port engine. Just breaking it in. Currently on my 10 tanks. So far so good. Nice and easy to break in. Time to run the engine in on my local track then I will see how good is the power.

novarossi fusion alpha i just didn't have good luck with the orion engines and wasn't just one it was 2 engines. I haven't had bad a luck with any of those engine brands so I don't believe it was user error on my part.

Yesterday i got my RS edition, nice looking engine, the cooling head is bigger than previous versions, silicone filled crankshaft.

Started to break it in on the hudy beanch, it took me some more time than i expected, the piston comes very tight, i had to time for run 7 tanks.

Today i will run 1 more on the bench and then put it into the car.

That engine is very powerful, IT is a little bit pricey but I think its worth the price. ps I cant afford it so bought an old but NEW Team orion crf 3 port.
