FTW00033 is almost a direct fit on the NB48. FTW00048 will fit, but since it's a bit wider there will be a gap to the side guards. I will be stocking these soon!

Good thing your are being thorough. I know someone that ordered 2 of the wrong bodies, sent them off to be painted and then learned they were the wrong ones lol. Poooor Ramos.

After checking with Tekno and FTW I can confirm that it is the FTW00033 body that works. However, Tekno did express that some pretty major body modification is required to make the throttle servo linkage work. Specifically Tekno mentioned that the body is not tall enough over the throttle servo and there are issues where it rubs/hits.

FTW did confirm that they are working on a NB specific body. FTW also advised that with the FTW00048 there would approx a 1/4" gap on both side guards. Personally I'm going to wait until FTW has a NB specific body available.

Yep, the ftw00033 does fit but I wasn't happy with the way it fit and am not going to use it. It pushed my air filter down way too hard on the linkages. The sides are significantly taller than the Tekno bodies and that is the problem

Ok it fits fine on mine but I use Velcro as well and losi air filter so I have no troubles with the body at all

Will be nice to have a few choices of body designs

Got my FTW XB9 body in today and it fits just fine. No issues with the throttle servo since I am using a Mugen air filter. Was in hurry and cut out the engine hole that was designed for the XB9. If I was running my engine in the rear, then it would be perfect. But mine is forward and had to trim more to fit.

Is there any disadvantage if I don't install the plastic for front/rear engine positions?
