Yeah I think I seen your post but wasn't that kind of limited to a single track anomaly also I think the rear diff case on truggy is different on account of longer rear drive shaft

Try a longer screw in those two upper mount holes as well as the chassis brace to help absorb some of the blow. This looks like repeated upside down landings and at speed pulling it, you can buy small angle brackets like those the guy made at lowes or home places usually.

As for the rear diff case breaking. I have done and seen many spectacular crashes at my track with no rear case breakage. Im not sure what you guys are doing to break them. I would say make sure when you put the screws in the case that you are not over tightening them. That could be putting stress on the case and cause it to break.

4wd buggy has been slowing gaining ground, with the new losi and updated version of Durango and others this wouldn't be a bad area but it would require a lot of part re-work..
With what parts are available I would thing a 1/8 SC would be the easiest class to jump into.. be pretty hard to turn anything you have now with out new molds into a 1/10 buggy.
