what kind of oil shock/ dif gears on et48 truggy ?

Anyone know the maximum battery length that will fit? I run 6s lipo packs and there are very few 6s packs that fit in the standard 4s hardpack size profile. Thanks..

Still haven't ordered the truggy, but I got a slew of tires and wheels and an ESC (VTX8), now I just need to decide which motor between 1900-2100kv and if it should buy a short or long can motor. Our track is not very big. It's clay and gets dry an dusty quickly in the Summer. It holds moisture ok late Fall thru early spring.

On a small, low grip track I like the buggy motor. A little less torque helps with traction.

IMO go with a more powerful one, can always turn it down, and change gearing. You may race somewhere else.

Agreed. The Tekin 1900kv with a 15t pinion moves this truggy just fine.

I'll be going with a RX8 gen2 and a 2000kv gen2 T8. Will be ordering tomorrow actually.
