We posted stuff earlier in this thread but it is cheaper to get a new kit than to convert.

Got to give mine a go this past Sunday at my local track. Coming the the 2.0 electric car I was pretty excited to see how this car handled.
For the most part I started with the Drake outdoor setup (shocks and linkage positions), but I left the stock 2.7 sway bar in the front and 5-5-5 for the diffs. The car handled pretty well with this setup but I ended up changing the front sway bar to a 2.5. I'm not ready for finer tuning yet because the camber link ends are still SUPER tight. After cleaning the car, the ends seem to be even tighter.
I am gonna take them apart and maybe hit them with a bit of fine sandpaper.
I managed to get some video too. New car on a new layout! Enjoy

Hacker it will seriously cost over $700 to bring my 2.0 up to the 3.0 standard.. I wonder why non of the "big" names make upgrade kits... I honestly thought losi would set the example on this one but I guess not.. its not about making a better product it is just about selling more cars..
thanks in advance for all you do...

Is anyone running the tekno traktion drive system? I fail to see how you can use electric brakes with a clutch. I'm interested in trying it. I just don't understand how Adam runs it and has brakes. Maybe that is why there is two sets of springs? I am uncertain.

The arms, chassis, spindles, carriers, center drive bones, battery system, wheels, shocks, towers, servo mount, side guards, hinge pins...etc...when you add them up separately, they cost similar to the new kit. The new kit isn't 700 and you can sometimes find it for a bit of a deal online or by talking to your local shop.

The traction drive system is an engaged clutch that allows some slip off the bottom end which is adjustable but when braking is locked up giving you motor brakes. He only runs it on outdoor blown out tracks.

As an FYI, we tried that setup, and took Casper and Ryan's advice and came back to the kit setup with 0s in the front--MUCH better. We look forward to your feedback on that setup, though.
