Lube gasket both sides to create good seal .all lubing use the same silicon oil as in the diff this will prevent any contamination and you are using same product as what you trying to seal against.
Fill diff to top of spider gears if you want consistency weigh diffs before filling then fill one weigh again and apply this method to other diffs. they should all be close in weight in amount of fluid in them . Move spider gears to settle fluid remove all air bubbles.Apply gasket , line up holes with diff cup.place two tooth pick through to opposite holes .
Slide ring gear over tooth picks this will line up ring gear with holes on diff cup with minimal movement of gasket. Apply two screw then other two remove picks first.
Tighten down in a cross pattern all the way down firm once all screws are down torque them by giving each screw half to one full turn each . See how you go with my ideas hope it helps buddy

Here's a couple pics of my recent EB48.2 build, this weekend will be hitting the track to work on setup and hopefully have the body back from painting later this week or next week.
The HW150A ESC is definitely a snug fit with not alot of room left over. I use the Kyosho Zeal Adhesive pad for the ESC, cause once it sticks down it doesn't move.
Hopfeully next week, should have a new servo as well for it, going with Hitech 7945 (0.10/320)

Nice! Good luck with it at the track.
I found out recently that the only difference between the SCT Pro (120A) and the 150A HW ESC's is that the SCT Pro can't do past 4S.
I'm giving an SCT Pro a try in my upcoming Tekno V4 conversion of my Vorza.

Yea but with shoegoo, there's no padding for any hard impacts, with the Zeal Pad, its a gel antivibration pad and soaks up any hard landings that the ESC might see.
I run 4s only, so I'm thinking maybe next month switch over to the SCTPro 120A.

I noticed a distinct lack of pictures in this thread recently, so let's post up a few if you have some. Specifically I was looking for some new mounting/wiring locations and didn't have much luck. This is useful for the guys/gals building the new kits (especially since the EB48.2 is out).
Got tired of the excessive heat, wiring problems (pre-installed wires can't be removed from motor), and broken fans. So sorry hobbywing, you're my secondary now (still primary in the SCT410).
