Looks like Ryan is running the avid springs too lol. Stock spur or silent speed with ae yellow pads no vts.
Its funny how they all run aka foams also. You would think other tire manufacturers would catch on and try to improve there foams.

That is Maifield's car. I guess he was showing how awesome his B44.2 with the Avid chassis and Triad slipper is!

What's up guys? I acquired a 44.1 in a trade and I have the Avid chassis conversion and a set of big bores on order for it. Was wondering if there are any other upgrades that I should consider while making the conversion? I'm thinking the JConcepts steering rack is almost a must and possibly getting rid of the ae ball cups with the jconcepts ones as well. Anything else that is a must have?

Steering rack is on my list. Heard great things about it and it looks great. Triad slipper would be the only other item imo right off the start. I bought some of the .2 arms for when the old ones break.

Aren't the Kyosho springs silver? I know Hartson only runs Kyosho springs. He said they were better. I think associated makes a purple spring too but not sure. Ill look it up.

EDIT: AE does make a purple front spring. It is the heaviest front spring they make.
