First tekno kit for me, it's the .2

I did adjust the camber to where I wanted it, it just surprised me that the "stock" set up would have a +5 camber on the front. Unless I did something wrong. I'd be interested to hear what yours measures at when its done!

What problems did you have? I just put one together and everything went together pretty good. It was my first kit though.

No problems putting it together just some errors in the actual instructions, nothing that would really effect your build tho.

Motor
What do you mean you had 2 shocks? Only 2 of 4 in your kit? Or are you referring to the pistons being tight?

TKR6051 – Shock Pistons (CNC, conical, 8×1.3)

Two of these pistons are not shaped right..

I put them in the other bodies to make sure I was not crazy.

Two of them was smooth and no binding..
Two was not smooth seem the shape was off some.

I hate to buy other set just to get 4 right piston for $24.99, but I guess I have to so All of my shocks are right.

Other than that kit is good.

love the shape of it.
love that everything is nice and thought out.
love the design from day one. But I was not going to buy the first kit Gen1 kit.

This kit EB48.2 was worth the wait.

Thank you.

Yea I think I may have encountered that as well because I could not for the life of me get any rebound on 2 shocks after installing the 8x1.3 but I installed them anyway hoping they'd wear down. Maybe I should double check them.

Adjusted the suspension the way I like it and took the .2 to the track today. Just got back actually. This thing is sweet. Handles awesome and flys perfect! I like my d8 with the tekno v4 but this is loads better!

Anyone know what the stock shock oil weights are?? ( as you know the bottles say #350 and #450 )

Sorry for the dumb question here but is there/there going to be an EB48.2 thread or is it just being rolled into this one?

Well since its only really a revision of offering the kit with lightweight parts, keeping it in one thread would help more than starting another one. All the info is here.
