So I was racing and kept washing out, like I would get all squirely on the straits and caused me to do horrible, so a dude that know me saw it and said wht was wrong man, u don't norm drive like that,,, so come to find out it was my ball diff that was shot, I rebuilt it and am going to try it out at the same track this week, I took it to the loose outside track near me and it does ok, but in order to tell if it's halfway decent I have to get on the tight high grip track and try it out.....so I said all that to ask, will the gear diff be a better option on a tight high grip track, wanna kno before I bust out and get one for the sc10 cause I have one in my t4 and it seems ok but idk how it will be in the sct...

If u hold one of the tires and spin the other, it should be real smooth and have next to no binding at all!!

If you do have a ball diff and not a gear diff (like the sc10 comes with) and you have had it in for 2 years then you most certainly need to service it. Check out the thread on this site or youtube and look at several people's way of doing it and kinda take all the best things from each one. Most important is the break in process which you will here more than once, just take your time and once you have it right it WILL help on high grip tracks FOR SURE:

Will took the diff apart no problem there that i see yet gonna rebuild it and see what happens. If you electric motor is running cool going down on a pinion will make it go a little hotter and faster right cause im only seeing 115f for temp on the motor and esc is at like 90f with the fan.

I think you mean going up (higher number) on the pinion will make it run hotter and faster. Or, go down on the spur..

What are you using for a motor compared to the "udder guys"

31/72 would be big change... but watch your motor temps..

me and one guy are 17.5 novak according to what he said the other guy i dont know but i lost them on the straight and the only way i caught up was in the mid field. so i should keep going up on the pinion for now seem to be thr right thing

Default Sc10shocks and springs

After some advise. Which are better shocks? The tf 1.32 v2 and 1.5 v2 shocks or the big bores. I made an error in ordering, that is got these shocks and ordered the 12 mm spring sets. Will the 12 mm springs work with these shocks?

Will it be better to just get the 12 mm big bore shocks?

Upgrading a sc10rs to factory spec's.......

Help greatly appreciated
