Anyone else other than me go back to the straight A-arms? I didn't care for the gullwing arms. For me it just seemed to make the truck a lot less responsive.

I noticed that the sc10 with them has less clearance!!

I ran my truck yesterday for the first time with them, they felt fine to me. I was experimenting with my battery position throughout the day as well. My first two packs I kept my battery closer to the rear (foam is cut in two pieces, one 1/3 and one 2/3) which is how I ran last time at the track. I did notice it seemed to add a smidge of steering and maybe a hint of twitchiness (since I wasnt use to them yet.). So far I'm liking them, I'll have to report back again later in a few weeks. My bud recommended adding a 4th hole on the inside of the rear shock tower to help the truck stay more planted. He posted a few pix in the 10.2 thread.

Nope...my experiences (and lots of others at my track) have been exactly opposite. Truck is a lot more responsive (makes absolute sense because the shocks are stood up more) and not as twitchy. even more front grip than the straight arms imo.

Anyone having problems mounting this particular body to their sc10? No problem in the front but the rear body mounts are not long enough to attach body and give enough wheel well room so tires do not touch body. Wondering if the proline body mounts will take care of the problem?

Try to see if the pro track premounts work on the 2 wd sc10 i dont know much at all about all the off sets and such. But ebay has the premounts pretty cheap. And would be a great value.

does anyone know if any 48p pinion gear with work with the 2wd sc10? I was looking to buy the robinson racing 48P Six Pack Pinion,16/26T. thanks

Yes, spur gears for SC10 is 48p. I also picked up the 6-packs for RR pinions and they work fine. Use can use a 7 day pill container to store them also; plus use a permanent marker to write on the pinion itself for # of teeth.

does anyone have any good setups for the sc10 on a loose dusty rough dirt track . with some farely big jumps . im running the stock ft shocks with the recommended oil from the kit . goosebumps on rear and calipers on front .

can someone tell me a starting point with the spur and pinion gear setup on my sc10 2wd. I have a hobbywing 3500kv 10t motor.

What type of track? On our medium sized tight turned outdoor blue grooving track I run 17/84 with an 8.5 Viper. If it were more open with longer straights I would probably move up to an 18 or 19. The thing will lift the front end coming out of corners.

hey guys... quick question. I have a race this weekend on a bigger outdoor 1/8 track and my ball diff won't be here in time so whats a good weight diff oil to put in the gear diff. Running stock motor/esc in a RS RTR.... track is semi loamy dirt with no blue groove or clay. Just looking for a good starting point!! Thanks guys!!
