Wow - I can't beleive they still have that shock o ring plunger thing. I remember that from my RC10T! I just built all the SC10.2 shocks by hand - just hand Tightening all the caps. Worked fine. Coming apart might be a different story.

I hand tighten mine to. But sometimes the cap is stubborn and I use the tool that goes around the hex to give me a better grip. lol, I broke my shock tightning tool last night for my rb6. And you cant hand tighten it. So I get to buy a fancy non pedestrian tool to replace it....yippy....not. At least the b4 tools are useable

rebleed. If you think the seals are bad replace the orings and the shock cap seals. I have BB shocks. they always pull air, so I just rebleed them weekly and change the oil when contaminated
