Front wheels on a 22 have a 9.5mm hex, while the B4.2 has 12mm hexes. If you want some wheels that will make your car much more difficult to see, you are going to need to dye B4.2 specific wheels.

Can add a 030 shim on the axle under the hex pin .

adds .060 total to the width of rear suspension

I know the losi guys like to play with the rear width for stability. I have been thinking the same thing. I was playing on my bench with sc10 rear hexes on the buggy. although my wheels fit, it was like a +3mm over all.

Well i think they are doing it more for adjusting width depending on which toe block they are using. More toe is a narrower width. I believe the wider your car is you lose a little bit of grip for the trade off of the stability. Im trying to think back to when i was racing a 22. It also makes the car slower to rotate the wider it is. Its all a trade off.
Of coarse these were a lot more noticeable on the 22 i imagine and the b4 is a completely different animal so results could vary.

Only Hartson would know but I hear it's a 50/50 blend of WD40 & unicorn tears. You will know when it's mixed correctly because glitter and rainbows will shoot out.

Know a few drivers that do add the shim ...
I don't personally its not enough of a change to make the car to wide or not fit inside the box ...
