I come with the silver and brass installed and has an extra brass one for the break in. If yours only has one brass and one silver then your good. I measured it and it looks to be about .5mm with both shims.
As far as shipping to Australia, hit up hobby pro usa, not sure if Gene ships over seas or not.

I never use break in shims on any engine. (not that it is a bad thing) I would take it out after a gallon or so.

With the new arrow engines, you don't have to use the breakin shim.

Can I move the ball link on the carb so I can attach the throttle linkage? Because the ball link is point up and I can't connect the linkage.

Default New Arrow Engine coming!

I have some good news and bad news.

Bad news - The Arrow GTR-21 has been discontinued and we are now sold out. The good news is they have released an all new engine that will be available next week - the Arrow GTR-II Plus!

I do not have all the details yet, but the new GTR-II will come with the DLC Coated crankshaft and is a 5 port engine for more bottom end power like the old discontinued Mugen Ninja JX-21 BO1a. It should now not only have insane top end, but also have the torque that is required for Truggies.

This will be the first engine for under $200 to come with a DLC crankshaft.

Are these the same bore/stroke? Any pictures of the 5-port sleeve?

I think it is the same bore and stroke. It looks like it has a new head and new sleeve with the V4 DLC crank.

The shim is fine for break in. I'd use the .9 for break in, then switch to a 7mm.
