Default picking a e buggy

Hi guy's I have been thinking of getting a E 8th buggy. I raced 10th only in the past three years but have raced a lot of 8th scale in the past and want an E buggy to race at the tracks in my area and were ever I can. Schumacher does not make one and does not care if I run another car as long as there don't compete with what they sell. So I am looking at 2 E buggy's. For those of you that have it. How do you like it. Is it Strong? How is the wear? With tekno having a 4x4sct now I was kind of leaning that way. Can I have your thoughts, I used to race the caster E buggy but its not that great and now they sell a 10th scale 4w 10th buggy. both were copy's of older kits. The Tekno looks really good but I have never seen one up close to drive it,http://api.viglink.com/api/click?for...13580462415402

Spent the past 2 days building the eb48 and finished it minus the electronics and engine. I had the v2 kit and I noticed the diffs were still somewhat stiff and crunchy without the shims....the kit didn't even come with them. I am scared hopefully the break in will smooth them out some more. Also I had the center plastic diff cover scrapping the gear, I had to dremel it. The shocks seem kinda strange it seems the top of the locknut on the shock shaft above the 10 hole piston hits the rubber bladder and makes a funny noise. I find this kind of strange on why not make the body longer or shaft shorter or flatter locknut so it doesn't. I sure hope there isn't any air in my shocks, they sound find until the bottom out and make a noise. Other than that my thoughts when i first I got was it was a 1/10 scale buggy!!! the chassis and body are so small, I really think I could run this thing in 1/10 scale buggy at out 1/10 scale only track since they don't have an 1/8 scale buggy class they put people with the electrics in with the 1/10. The kit seems really well quality wise. I like the fit and finish, plastic quality and of course this thing is light years ahead any other 1/8 scale buggy that was originally nitro and just a conversion. I am very happy so far I can imagine it turns on a dime with it being so small and narrow.

Chris Attebery makes some rear plates. I just got mine in and it's top notch.

Great guy and make sure you buy directly from him to ensure you don't get the china knockoffs.

shot DE Racing a message to see if they will make one. Usually sell in packs of 3, could cover 2 vehicles then (SCT and EB48)

Out of curiosity, why do so many people seem to hate the stock body?
