Default KAI Chassis...

Oh yeah, I may not have a 415, but I know a KAI chassis when I see one. Pay a pretty penny for that chassis....wish it could come over seas though...

Hey Steve,

Did you get my email regarding the Tam parts? sent it on sunday, ain't had a reply yet.

Just wanted to know if you were getting any of the alloy shock collers and belt stabilizers in your next tam shipment, can't seem to get hold of any anywhere.

Regards
Ed

Try this link to an Ebay store. He's in Hong Kong I believe. He is the best I have ever worked with. His prices are the best, his selection is the best and his shipping is less than if you bought it in America. He has what you need. It takes me less than 1.5 weeks to get my stuff from him.

Hi Ed,

I'm sorry, I don't remember seeing an email from you. But to answer your question, yes, we should be receiving it tomorrow or Thursday.

dude... FINALLY got my 415 working last night. i stumbled onto a pretty aggressive set up. im happy to say that i was only .4 seconds off of rtypec's laptimes... would have been less.. but i kept moving out of the way for him! (your welcome rod)... but thats what you get when you mix prostock and sportsmans together.

a few more hours and i think i can get a good set up at socal. if you ever come down to socal chris, let me know.... i can show you around. difuser said he's coming down thanksgiving. why dont u join him? we can do a tamiya/socal race weekend!

Thanks for letting me by; I had fun working through traffic. It was a mellow night with club racing since I haven't done it in months. Not a bad result eh? hehe Guess what Chris, I could have been a few tenths faster as well but didn't feel like gluing up a set of tires (you'll see why in the setup, and thank you to Atsushi for opening our eyes to his inserts...they are DIALED).

Also, if it rains out at TA this weekend, we might head to socal...

Here's the setup from last night. Keep in mind, I've only ran the car a couple dozen times at socal so far and I'm sure there are ways to improve upon it. Also, this is with the OG suspension :

Edit: Nice meeting Australian Tony aka def mondo last night. Small world

ya the hara inserts are super dialed.. or as steve would say.. "so dialed.. we're calling collect!"

no tamiya or socal for me this sat. im headed up to gilroy to play pace car for the TCS Champs and their practice session on carpet.

I am gonna be on a tight timeline but plan on trying to see friends when down there. Not sure if a SoCal trip is going to be on the table or not.

Good to see you back around Rod.
