Obviously you have never owned one , I have broken the ackerman plate , servo saver top and the bell cranks , front a arms , front c hub , front driveshaft , rear diff , and front bulkhead . Granted that was over a 2 year span but it did still break ...

I just ment I'll be ordering a lot of shafts. Deep down i do think its me. I pre ordered the kit before it came out and was 1 of 2 at my local that had it first. The other guy has had axles break but not to my quantity. Now 4 of us are running the EB48 with the track owner drooling to get one. They haven't had problems. We have a big rhythm section and everyone quads it...I feel that i should go 5 instead of. Small run up too it, and i just cant get over the top of the fifth. "Ass slap" first, axle break second, frown third

LOL, they all break. Just because someone hasn't seen it doesn't make it not so. Kind of like not seeing air but you know its there ...

I totally agree , just pointing out that the 8ight is not the perfect car at all . You always hear it being touted as super durable , and it is .

BUT any of the name brand kits are just as durable IMO . Run anything hard enough and you WILL break it ....

The wear in the losi's cars doesn't really affect performance. Mine handled better as it wore in. The slop in a Losi isn't a big deal.

A lot of people that run losi say the slop actually makes it handle better. I just see it as kind of tacky and it makes your vehicle more look more rapped out than it really is. The plastic on losi's is a little softer than most, you just have to be careful when working on it to not strip it out on some areas. Overall losi makes good race kit, but the wearing characteristics are a big downside for me.

There's no exisitance of what called perfect kit or rtr. all got thier pros & cons...
The reality is that there's a kit better than other kit in overall comperhension.

Yeah, my buddy hated his losi because of the slop. It drove him crazy and he couldn't deal with it. To each their own.

Any new bodies coming out? I love the look of the stock body, but for some reason i have always liked the look of the rc8.2's body. Might be all the square angles that i also like on full size lambo's. I'm sure somebody can make a body that had that slender look to it, but have that edgy angled look of the rc8.2 body.

Honestly the best looking body out there imo or just better to call it Queen body is the dex408's followed by the tekno's second place.
i guess that team durango's words hit the bulls eye when they said that
Buggy's body shouldn't be ugly to proof anything.

I'm sure this has been mentioned countless times on this thread throughout the 265 pages, but I would like to know your thoughts and opinions about the traktion/electric clutch system now that you have had a chance to play with it. Is it a must option?

Thanks
