SC10 4x4 Thread
| + YouTube Video | |
I'm the one talking to the cameraman (howard) before the start of the race. You can hear me saying my truck is WAYYYY down on power from the norm. Off throttle, in air, the truck wanted to nose dive like i've never seen before.
I started in 4th due to speedo issues in the quals. Before this main the speedo I was borrowing at the time kept novaking.
Not exactly the finish I wanted, nor did I drive clean at all. But anyway, heres the vid....

lol. SC10 4x4 V2? Be curious how well a fluid filled center diff setup like this would work. Even more so, how much crow to have on the menu for those who said its not needed if it performs better with it or AE makes such an item.
For anyone interested....
I had my steering ball links popping off while racing at my small indoor track. I installed the Du-bro 3mm monster ball links and that took care of the problem. Granted they changed the layout since I last had been there and it was much more of an "open" layout. But not a problem all day. Here is the link to what I bought....

By the way, they would be totally bullet proof if you put a washer under the head of the socket screw. That way if they did get a hit hard enough to pop them the washer would retain them from coming all the way off. This would at least allow you to finish a race, although alignment might be off.
