What are the best tyres to use in hot weather (outdoor asphalt)? My Shimizus give me massive oversteer yet my Super soft Ride tyres still give understeer.

pit shimizu tires (for fgx) seems only work on cold track or indoor tracks.
Anyone know what about these tires?

remember it is left-overs from a big race, so should be good, and seem cheaper. How do they perform?

I've been running HPI soft front and medium rear. Still has a lot of push but so far it has worked best on our track with the FGX.

Starting my FGX build now. So excited. Gonna be a 21.5 blinky, probably going to use Viper equipment. Savox servo on the way. Pretty much every hop-up from 3Racing plus several others. Gonna be fun!

Using tyre warmers and compounds is the way to go, people always suggest a tyre and forget to mention tyre warmers and compound, it is a must as you will loose two laps warming the tyre before they start to work.
Get yourself the new IFS aswell makes a hugh difference.
For ideas go to guide to the FGX

So I installed the aluminum motor mount/bulkhead and aluminum rear camber block, and I have the TiN coated arm pins and Exotek Delrin Rear Arms. As far as I know, it's all installed correctly, I used two spacers on the front and one spacer on the rear and a pillow ball on the front and rear.
Does anyone else have this setup? There's a lot of play front to rear, but it seems solid otherwise. Just wondering if I missed something somewhere.

Anyone know where one can get some extras of the 4.8 ball cups? I want to get the titanium turnbuckle kit, but I don't really want to reuse my ball cups.
Also, I built the stock shocks even though I have some AE RC18 shocks. I got the front RC18 shocks and they are a lot smaller than the OEM FGX units. I took my time and cleaned up the inner spacer and green slimed the o-rings and it seems to be super smooth and no leaks yet.
The only weird thing is one of my IFS dampers sits longer than the other at "idle". It also looks a little bent for some reason. I'm going to get another IFS set for spares and I might swap around the dampers until I get a good fit.
