Thanks much guys, I am figuring out this stuff thanks to you all. So I have confirmed that I do not need any BEC/Regulator and shouldn't need a cap.
My Savox HV servos rated for 7.4v, and my Spektrum 3100 & 3300T Rx rated for 9.6v. Plus I got the Thunder charger/balancer.

Now time for the Rx battery. I figure since I can only get 6.6v or just north of that from the LiFe, I will go full LiPo to take advantage of my servos.

I am looking at either Zippy/Turnigy 2S3P 2100mah packs or a Yeah racing 1800mah hump pack for the Savages. They are cheap and seem popular. Any opinions?

I believe after the Rx pack I am all set.

Hey guys, I had to come over here to let you know that I woke up this morning to a VERY detailed response from Joel at HRP/Savox. He clearly took time and answered my questions thoroughly based on first hand experience and was clearly very knowledgeable.
I am quite pleased to see this and can use this as a comparison to a few other RC companies which I have emailed (mostly about purchasing products not in stock or compatibility questions) in the last week who have not deemed my email as worth their time for a reasonable response.

So far then I can say my experiences surrounding Savox is quite good based on their CS, and my experience ordering the servos from KC. Can't wait to get the servos in my hands and actually start building up my truck early next year ...if Innovative ever gets a chassis back in stock.

Thought I would give credit where its due and deserved.
