What BB springs are you guys using with new AE springs. AE says white fronts, but that seems really soft to me. Way softer than what we ran before new shocks. For now I will just be converting to BB springs with skinny shocks. I dont think my kid needs bb shocks, lol.

This worked! I baked it at 450 for about 20 minutes and after considerable effort I was able to pry the sucker out. Thanks Wildcat.
Thanks for the moral support Bob!

Aluminum expands before steel. That is why it works. I hate the AE alum hubs. I would replace the bearing with avid or some other high quality bearings on the hubs. I blew out one also, people said the avid blow out less often so I switched and have not had an issue "yet".

Re hubs - I went to my back up hubs, http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...iers-Gun-Metal but the mounting holes don't match up with the carbon c-towers so I'm running without the c towers for now.

I currently have the alum hubs with the C hub mounted on it. But I do not really think the C hub is helpful at my track. So I will probably get the plastic b44 hubs. I kinda want to look at the exotek hubs. But they dont have grub screws, so I am a bit concerned about play

I have the B44 plastic hubs on my truck now... was going to switch em out but I think I'll just leave them be. I do have a set of the .5 alum hubs just laying here though and I know I'll never use them on my buggy..... maybe I will try them later ......
That's what I'm here for! You can thank Mike Haynes for that nick name LOL
