Appreciate the info, forgot the most obvious question. What exactly is the weight minimum for 2wd buggy?

roar events. And probably some special race events. Club races probably rarely do that.

Switched back to the plastic shock bushing's , did not like the way the blue shock bushing were wearing my BB metal caps ....

Hoping for smoother & less wear, caps are not cheap to replace ...

yeah, I wondered about the alum on alum. And +1 to the expensive caps. I assume you had to use more spacers as the plastic bushings are shorter

so I broke an a arm this weekend, no biggie right. So I bought a new set and wow, wtf. The arms that came with my WC were nicely made. smooth and did not require tooling to make them free. These replacement arms are well, crap. Sharp molding all over the place. I filed and dremeled them and they still are not free. if I lift the arm with the tire and shock off, and release...it stays up. I will keep removing material until its free, but what happened? Did AE get a new molding company?

are they the carbon arms, those take a little bit of work to make perfect but not much. make sure there is no flashing on the chassis as well where the front bulkhead mounts

nah, 4.1 plastic. Maybe just a bad batch. But I would rate them as horrible in the QC department.

The B4.1 Parts List page shows long ball studs for the rear hubs of the B4.1 on page 8.

I'll post again what happens with AE after I head over there hopefully later this afternoon.
