Are you accepting user submitted set ups? I've finally got my Buggy dialed-in at my local indoor track since running it for the first time on Tuesday. I've shaved .3-.5 second per lap by changing to my new set up, and I'm currently the only driver to break into sub 17 second consecutive lap times. I let a few people take my car for a spin today all of them were impressed, you guys might have more customers soon.

Dan is super reasonable on his prices. Shoot him an email and he will get back to you with more specific pricing based on what you want. Also, if you want to have a look at some of his other work, here is a link to his thread on one of our local forums. He has some pricing info and pictures of recent work on there that you can check out. He really does great work!

Finally got to run mine for the first time tonight. I think I need to go a little thinner on the shock oil, and I definitely need to add rear grip. I'll start with moving shock position and taking out anti squat as others have suggested. It's also a little too "edgy" over all. I need to mellow it out to fit my driving style.

Just need to solder some wires and i'm almost done, just need to paint the body.

This was my first 1/8 scale RC and the most advanced build I have ever done. Loved every minute of it, the quality of parts are just amazing.
Teknorc, its been said before but I really love how you come here and interact with everyone, You have a customer for life here.

Is anyone else having issues with loosing servo gears?
3 Races so far and 3 servos shot...
I was at spec 5.5 MM on the servo saver spring and had to reduce that 1.5 mm and may even go more..
I crunched the center of a Savox 1257. (Brand new)
I cracked the top case of a DS1015 (Brand new)
and last night crunched the ends of a spektrum 6040. (used rc8)
my steering linkage is set default, .5 mm space on the link, servo is centered, only 6 points sub trim, and my end points were set for full steering no servo buzz.
Some things I have noticed:
The bump steer washers hit the carrier ( fixed with trimming a little off the carrier)
The steering link screw (bumpsteer) is a hair too long and I had to exacto out some material from the suspension arms.
Thank you for posting the TRK1448 part number, I didn't realize that that was the cause of the slight tightness/bind at full throw. I now have that fixed as of today, so the steering is just as smooth as the rest of the buggy.
I will drop the tensioner to 3 mm for the servo saver, that coupled with the washer fix I hope will solve my issue.

The 3 servos you've listed are known to break in any 8th scale. They use titanium gear sets which isn't shock resistant like a good quality steel gear servo
If you plan on sticking with savox servos make sure it has harden steel gears the model should be ***SG, for example, I've owned 6 SC-1268SG servos over the last 2-3 years and not one of them has failed.
stay away from the models ending in xxxxTG or xxxxMG

@all: very nice car really - but I´m still not happy with the wireing - i like a clean electronic layout, but this is really difficult with this car.
I ended up with this:

but I´m still not happy with it.
please post pics of a really clean layout to inspire me......

I tried to keep the wires as for away from the drive shaft and steering assembly as possible. I can't quite tell how the wires come out of your battery, but I think you could do something like this if you had longer wires and turned your battery around 360*.
