SC10 4x4 Thread
lol, why would you ask WC that. He is blind to most things non AE. If they released different hubs or toe in blocks, he would try them and then form an opinion. The fact that the AE drivers sometimes use non AE parts is probably the only thing non AE he tries. In his mind, AE didnt release other hubs, because the truck does not need them. I personally dont think AE cares too much about the 4x4 sc class period. But that is another discussion.
I think their best bet is to create a new chassis and arms for the SC8.2 to make it 1/10 scale legal.
EPA is at 100% unless I'm at Palm Desert Raceway (outdoor) where it can get over 100° outside and my motors running hot. Then maybe 90 EPA.
13/62 indoor & outdoor. Used to run the sc4x 4800 2 pole and I needed the smaller gearing for indoor (12), but with the 4 pole... there's no lack of bottom end
Yeah, us Californians and the lack of oxygen... that must be why we're so laid back
Not much difference between a fully vented high flow or flowtec and one that just has the rear vents cut out at an indoor track. There's no wind.
My outdoor high flow is like Swiss cheese and my indoor high flow has the hood scoop cut out, bed cut out and a few holes drilled on the trailing end of the roof. Cutting that part out to the mold lines makes it very weak and cracks in the center.
