RC10B4.1 FT/WC
Well the only thing I can say is I am in love with 2wd buggies again. I don't know what it is but I was actually having a better time driving my buggy at the track today then my 4x4 sct....... The WC B4.1 is a whole lot better then the old school b4's and I was much more consistent with it at the track today then my sct.................. Looks like I may have found a new class to race in ;-)

Well if your rich do as you like, lol. I would run the stock ones and replace as needed. If you want to replace all the stock AE parts with "upgrades" and make it the "best", you gotta have deep pockets.

To make a long story short I decided the only way I'm going to get better is to learn how to drive a 2wd buggy even if it pissed me off every single time (so I bought the wc b4.1). In this case it was the complete opposite, I had way more fun driving it then my 4x4 sct, but I do know one thing my 4x4 sct was not setup for the new layout at my track so I'm sure once I tune it differently I'll have fun with both ;-)
well, my hats off to lundsford. I sent off 4 bent punishers (had them in my b4 for 6 years) last Monday via parcel post. And I had my replacement Saturday afternoon before racing. 6 from my house(Arizona) to Lundsford(Oregon I think) and back. The must have processed my return and shipped the same day. I knew there was a reason I always build my kits with them.
I remember someone answered my question before and I apologize but I did search. I am currently running a 17.5 revtech motor on blinky geared at 34/72, how much endbell timing should I run and I've never adjusted timing on a motor so which way is what? LOL sorry for the newb questions........
So I was doing some googling and read that AE has only 6 permanent employees? not including drivers. And I never knew Thunder Tiger bought AE in 2005. I kinda sad that a Taiwan company owns AE.

It is all good though because who believes everything they read on the internet?

Are the stock bearings worth running or should I updgrade to Avid out of the box?
