Hey guys, I went to to my local r/c track and I noticed people had a slightly longer b4.1. I knew they had the +8mm chassis. Do you guys think it is important to have the +8mm chassis? I am running sotck 17.5 buggy. Thanks

I just started running the +8 and run 17.5 Blinky. Have to say it makes a big difference for me. If you run on a bumpy track I find it handles the rough sections better than the stock chassis. I find I can also push it more than I could before. With a longer chassis you may loose a little bit of the turning radius as a shorter chassis will turn tighter, but have not noticed this at all, and we run on a tight 40x60 indoor track. Hope this helps. Oh and I got TQ and took 1st last night, great night out with the new chassis, even ran faster times then Mod.

What seems to be a popular 10.5 to run with a Tekin RS Pro? Its for a mod class 13.5-10.5 mainly on a smaller track. Looked through the last several pages and didn't find much.

What size wheel nut will fit on the hex conversion for front and rear? 8-32 lock nut for front and rear?

Same sized nut that currently secures your rear wheels. The axles only get exchanged in front on the hex conversion.

Will check the balance, and the entire car again tonight before tomorrows' race day.
My guess is that your steering is not really centered. What are the respective lengths of your steering tie rods end to end? If they are not equal, your steering may not be centered.

Just get it. It works better and all newer setups from AE are based on it.....

Argh, trying to search about the hex conversion. What hexes ppl use? Is it AE, JC, Proline or Avid?
Is there a problem with JC hexes, are the screws ok?
And sorry about this question again, but I really tried to find it.
Atleast I didnt want to know the differenses about FT and the Worlds kit

Just buy the AVID hexes, you won't be disappointed! And go ahead and pick up some solid pins from AVID, while you're at it!
