Though I used some Xray 5x15x.3mm shims. Ran my truck about 150 laps last weekend at the Motodome and expected some mess. To my surprise, there is zero leakage.

JEFFs SC10...........................the nut is all the way down. i did put some black grease on the center diff balls. could that be it?

You want to use something like AE ball diff grease. Regular grease will make it slip.

If I remember correctly Mantis specifically said not to use black grease on the center diff. Use clear silicone grease like AE stealth diff lube.

I did use the AE black grease that came with the car. is that okay?

I need some input...... I purchased a 4X4 SC10 (obviously) used. I am currently breaking it down to do a full rebuild. I noticed when I to dry fit the Pro-Line Flo-tech body it did not fit in the front....the front wheels are about 3mm wider then the rear. Any have any ideas on why the front would be so wide.....

No you need to use ball diff grease, like this:

No, its not ok. Use diff lube, the white stuff.
