All you need is a parallel charging board

http://epbuddy.com/index.php?main_pa...61nj854b6ool14

Will allow you to charge / discharge up to 6 packs at once on any charger

The faster you want to charge the packs the more powerful charger you will need

Cheers

Packs need to be reasonably close in voltage before connecting. Most suggest within 0.1V, some go further.

This is probably the safest way, fused and rated for 40 amps:

Revolectrix Multi-Port Safe Parallel Adapter (MPA)

Progressiverc FMA safe parallel adapter for jst-xh t-plug

More options, not fused and 30 amp rated:

EP Buddy ParaBoards

Progressiverc parallel-charge-boards

Wow those are pricey. How about a good charger that would do both.

Here's a charger that could do both. You'll also need a power supply.

I use 2 of these and this power supply.
