I had a chance to Test & tune One of these 21"s at this past WinterNats.
Easy To Tune.
Seemed to be like a Normal Picco In the since of wanting a little rich On the Low end Needle. And Performance seemed to be at its best around the 220 deg. range.

Power was Very stout on the Bottom end & mid range , And yet still Had good legs on the top end. Seems to be a very Good Bang for your Buck.

Default Sonic in the RC Pro Nationals A-Main

Just wanted to let everyone know that Sonic Engines made it to the show at the RCPro Nats last weekend. The field was dominated with Nova's, but Sonic more than held its own. I was actually able to work my way up to fourth until I had a mechanical failure with the brake rotor of all things. Thanks to Sonic Engines for the great power!

Matt,

Terry and I were both running M21 Picco's from Uriah and finished 2nd and 3rd.
So that is at least 3 Picco based motors.

Brad, very true. I remembered Terry's, but had forgotten that you were running one as well. So 3 out of 10.

I'm pleased to tell everyone that a Sonic V21T was able to capture 3rd place at this past weekends SWCS round 5 at the RCRCNT track. With temperatures in the 103-106 F and track temps nearing 145 F it was defintetly a hot one. My Sonic V21T definetly did a great job!!!!

Hi all,

I bought Sonic .12 Pro last week from Mizan Hobby, our LHS. Plugged it with Sonic tune pipe. Run it in and raced tune it.

It performs better than any other engines i have. Impressive torque and superb high speed. Tuning is easy too!

Thumb up for Sonic!

Still, after 1 race...gallons of practice and bashing, my Sonic RS performs well. What a motor! Only replace the conrod once..thats all.

Planning on my second Sonic RS by end of December.
