With batteries and electronics varying in weight from car to car what is everyone's track ready weigh in? I'd to see if I'm near ball park instead of just adding "XX" in triagles and "YY" to front bulkhead.

Hi Guys,
I just picked up a B4.1 WC and I’m adding the hex conversion right off the bat. I couldn’t find any real instructions online so I figured I’d ask here. The stock spindle requires 2 .30 shims to space it in the hub carrier. The SC10 spindle is much larger, but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to add a spacer at all. Can anyone clarify this for me?

Thanks,
Jose

You dont need to add the shims with the sc10 spindle. Majority of the setups call for the hub to be centered in the spindle anyways.

The steering spindle for the hex conversion takes "no" spacers as it takes up the whole space inside the caster block. If one wanted to raise or lower the hex steering block, you would have to shave the top or bottom of the steering block to be able to space it up or down.

And if you did need a manual for any reason you could use the SC10 RS manual as that is the only vehicle that currently comes with the front hexes

Default i think my car is oversteering

At my track I have a 180 right turn after a double and when I tryn n hit the turn I blip my brakes a lil and then I try to punch it off the turn but my car wants to cont to turn right kinda hard. I want to b able to punch the throttle hard and keep the nose straivght ahead, what do I need to do?

Are you using 25 or 30 degree castor blocks on your ride? 25's will tend to do that as they have more exit steering than the 30's do...But it could be something entirely different going on with your ride.

The X-20 is a pretty awesome motor! It is considerably smoother than the X-12 motor.

Hey guys, What's the different between the Factroy Team Kit and the Worlds Kit? Which is best and most robust?

Worlds has +8 mm chassis/battery strap. 0 degree hubs. Bulldog body.

Which is best is a matter of debate in the previous 200 or so pages, do a search of this thread for +8 chassis.

Neither is more robust. They use the same materials.

Only thing the Worlds kit has over the FT kit is the +8mm chassis really.

If you did a search on this thread there are a few posts about what comes in the Worlds kit over the FT kit.
