Ray sending a set in from a motor I'm overhauling for a local racer sending tomorrow. Its a OS 21 xzb speed. Also the set you did for me OS speed vzb is running like a champ motor had 11 gallons before the pinch its on 4.25 since your magic.im running Byron's 30 11 oil on this motor can't believe i have around 15 gallons on this mill amazing don't care what people say speeds are quality just as Nova which I'm learned just started running this season from my buddy at clockwork Neil.

Jay,
15 gallons....That is sweet The OS VZB Speed engine model do resize well (nature of the beast ie manufacuring processing/materials used/engine design) just the same as Novarossi based engine models. Many reports from customers exceeding 10 gallon longevety', but 15 or more is only with the higher end engine models maintaned well/using good fuel as Monty as metioned. Ive seen great piston + sleeve sealing surface finish conditions coming from guys running both Byrons and Cold Fussion fuels. And those that know my work know I pay close attention to piston+sleeve sealing surfaces' along with sealing clereance accuracy my process. Tollerences have to be correct with both for the best in performance & Longevety results.
I'll be looking out for the XZB package, and any issues inspected as you know will be noted on invoice, and serviced accordingly.

Thanks!

why?

if its running good i wouldnt touch it , no reason to take engine apart ? then dont

i do love my Byrons , had very good success with the fuel over the years , why switch? have i tried others recently ? yes , did they work good? yes , any better than byro-juice? no

keep up the great work Ray (&hector!!)

Jay,
Shoot me email or post here an aprox date (roundabout month good enough)I serviced that set. "I am curious" as to what sealing surface condition notes I made and what I did in process. Also conrod and bearing replacements you did? 15 gallons on an engine is few and far inbetween.
Thank You
Ray

Jay,
Is this you from Waipahu HI, dated March 15TH ?

John,
Your serviced and return shipped this morning. Sets 1-3 sealing surfaces looked great< and I dont say that often sets 4+5 needed alittle TLC, and 6, alot of love went into that set.

Tyson,
Your sets are on the bench now just completed first inspection. alot of sets to process there so tomorrow late afternoon completion at best.

Thanks guys.....Call , Text, or Email me with any questions

Kind regards,

Ray

You got that rite! Individual taylored fit used set beats a new set anytime imo...standard procedure on everything of mine after 3 or 4 gallons wether new or not...why wait till its a tempermental, inconsistent headache when great things are just $26 and a couple days away!
