Reedy 17.5 mach2 40* can timing

After 5-6 min the motor comes off around 140-145
Only been racing rc for about a month now. What is a more ideal
Gearing?
This has plenty of tq to get over all
Of the jumps and is fairly even with most other cars on the straight. If I wanted a little more top end without losing too much low end tq how would I gear it?
