I am going to say yes, out by the wheel on the steering knuckle.

I also have a hex conversion question. Will my RB5 wheels fronts and rears work? Amain says 22 compatible wheels?

And its just these parts for the F/R conversion right?

What rims? I have found some rims you can't tighten the axle nut all the way down it will bind the bearings. I am not sure which ones they were though. I used a set from a buddy at the track and they did this to my buggy as well in the front

Yes, also add #4449. They are the nuts that hold the ball stud to the RS steering blocks. They don't just screw into the blocks.

You can also use Jconcepts 2091 for the rear only.

Do you have a shim between the axle pin and the outer bearing in the hub?

Did you use the "C" clip between the bearings? I believe it acts like a crush tube in the rear hub.

They are the best open cell foams I have ever tried. Always consistant package to package and last a really long time. Amain has them listed to be back in stock on the 22

I also learned when running the plastic hexes on the RB5 If you tighten the front wheels down to hard it would bind. Same problem with the plastic B4.1 hexes/ Fixed that when I switched to aluminum clamp hexes.

they will be available soon... many things are back ordered right now from all manufactures. I spoke to them 2 days ago and they are cutting and packaging foam as we speak... should be in stores in a week... I know this foam works way better then molded at my local indoor track.
