Does anyone know what the thread pitch is on the AE shock. I was thinking about making some collar's.

Im not sure, but I think thats a great idea. An aluminum threaded collar for the BB springs?

If no one beats me to it, I will bring my pitch guages home from work and let you know.

Measured thread pitch and it was 40tpi (threads per inch). Hope that helps.

How much are the collars?

the article stated included "v2" shocks, no metion of the bb shocks.

Just under 25 bucks shipped here to the U.S. I ordered some last week. I'm in no hurry to take my velvet's off but I thought I'd give these a try.
