Yes there was a fatality due to a crash...a Vh or Vk commodore was flying down the old completly str8 conrod when a front brake disk exploded sending the car hurdling killing the driver...

The Stroke has nothing to do with it, and all problems are not publicised may i add..sure i know the Gen III had a few niggling issues but they never completely let go, unlike a 351 2v & 4v...
