You shld be able to remove the spur gears and possible remove the clutch bell and check the 1 way bearings.

Facing the spur gears (rear on ur left and front wheel on ur right) turning the spur...

I would adjust the idle spd needle 1/8 inward and start wif the ignitor on for a few second before pulling out for cold start. once its warm i'll put it back to it original position. n did the same...
