Thanks for the help Duster. It was < 3 volts per cell and after I charged in NiMH mode, it started working in LiPo mode. Thanks again.

Thanks for the tip. I did that and now the lipo sits nice and flat. The battery bar fits over the backend of it perfectly. My only remaining problem is how to deal with the large bundle of wires...

Figured it out. I didn't have the metal post...

Figured it out. I didn't have the metal post lined up properly so it wasn't sitting flush with the plastic piece that sits on top of it. Once I figured that out, it went together fine.
