You can put the link on either side depending on what bumbsteer you want. With 6degree caster you need to put in on that side to make the link level and have neutral bumbsteer.

I used TiR axles and Spec R Yokomo diff. You dont need the axles if you open up the outdrives a bit. Only some of my TiR axles would fit, it was really close.

Not sure if the AE axles would fit...

You can probably key the diff out even with the shocks attached but...

In order to take the diff out you need to open 5 screws and pop the shocks...

Have you tried flipping the upper or lower arms from side to side? Does the problem go from one side to another if you do that? If you could figure out what part makes the caster uneven it would be...

I dont know if the Yokomo part is available but here is one solution: Just use longer screws on the posts. I think I have 3x10mm screws on the bottom side on mine. That makes it a lot stronger a lot...
