Ummm, interesting point of view. I remove the nylon washer, too, but when i put a ceramic bearings, i put the washer again. Tomorrow i probe this at track.

The bearings are news, ceramics bearings.

Ok, thak you very much. In the next week, i buy a 4.0 and probe it. I don´t use a fan in the speedo, because the internal check temp have 10-12 flashes, and in the ext is to 70-75ºC.

I probe ratio from 7 to 7.5, and rollout 25-27mm, with 5 cells....

Thanks, i probe it. I have a similar problem 2 years later with a Serpent 710 rear ball diferential, i sand and pulled with a dremel tool the inner of outdrive.
