So where is the misalignment coming from? Movement of the screws in the chassis holes? Does it line up properly after the fitment of these screws?

Yes. You could tape to the chassis but it's not ideal. Use the mount and angle the fan down towards the motor.

Ok, I dropped all spacers from the outer link, next step will be flipping the toe arms and mounting underneath. I assume all inner spacers are removed too?

What is the purpose of the flipped toe arms? With kit setup, I was noticing the car could not be leaned on mid way through the corner - it would snap on me. Was this to fix?

How are you supposed to tighten the pinion?? To get the pinion in closer to the motor, the motor mount is in the way - am I missing somethings here?! I've managed it, but it's not a great feature..

Shock diaphragms are nice in the way they sit in the body - easy to bleed. What's with the 1.3mm eccentric grub screws though??!! Just got some fan mount issues to sort and it'll be ready ☺️

Found out what was wrong..got a set up station...

Found out what was wrong..got a set up station and found out that the rear toe in was 1.5 and 2! Now set to 3 each side, proper camber and front steering set up too - who'd have thought eh?!
