Can someone that has a setup system tell me measurements between front tie rod ends ( measure of visible shaft) at 1 and 2 toe out? Please be sure both your tie rods are equal length. Thanks.

If it's turning easy it's probably an oring problem. Just unscrew it all the way out and see. should be stiff to turn. some times the upper oring can get pinched and shaved when the needle adjusts...

To lean is to tighten. To richen is to loosen or unscrew lefty. I suggest you read the tuning bible at the top of the threads. It will give you an understanding of what to listen for and do.

The engine should turn counter clockwise looking at the clutch,flywheel.
Did you blow through the exhaust? Most pipes are chambered and it could be cloged in the openings (not visible) from chamber...
