That clicking often happens when the center drive shaft is not snugged onto the diff pinion shaft enough. You can try shimming the diff better or hold your finger on the pinion when putting the drive...

Ended up with a used mbx7te. The teno was nice but I liked the chassis of the mugen better. Seemed to offer more options.
