Since I don't race I only run 20%, it gives good power and has a bit more oil content and less wear on the engine. As long as you tune it properly and use after run oil you should be good.

If you haven't noticed any abnormal behavior then your break-in was successful. Just make sure to get some after run oil and put in a few drops after you're done running it.

Selecting between a 550 and 540 really depends on the vehicle you're going to be using it in. Some will only accept a 540.
