Slotted cans for E-Buggy?

I've been looking to buy a Rocket Surpass for 1/8 E-Buggy, but the only 4268s appear to be open or slotted cans and "on road" motors.
Are they just out of stock of 4268 sealed cans, or are guys...

I did manage to scrape together most of the parts for the 4 gear, cost way too much, and from at least 4 stores on 3 continents. So, sticking with it for now!

I hope the 4 gear cover works well,...
