Faskolor does need to be cured before you can use solvent, but if you put the solvent on in thin enough coats you should not have issues. I use solvent and water base all the time without any issues....

Pactra is solvent based and is hotter than water base. Depending on how thick you put the white on, that is what caused the issue. The pastrana is eating through the faskolor

The vxl is to small to spray mask. You might want to try thinning the faskolor and see what that does. If you are spraying water steady it doesn't sound like you are clogged or that dirty.
