Also 18 is too much for a 2250, I'm not surprise your rotor came off the shaft. With my conversion I was running a 16-48 (t8 1900), maybe also a 17t on very large track.

Both dex and dnx share the same gear ratio and the same exact crown/bevel gear. The only difference in the transmission is the center diff spur gear.
