I'm guessing nobody runs on asphalt (or sealed concrete) is why I'm not getting any suggestions for tire diameter for GT12. Can I assume it's the same as for LMP12 and that around 42 to 44 will work?

You stated that everyone ran the same rules except for Nevada and Arizona. But like I said, Arizona runs the same rules as the rest of the United States, I believe Nevada is the only exception.
