I do not understand why LIHV is not permitted? You can allow LIHV and set a maximum voltage like in 1:10th Electric? For 4S that would be fully charged 16,88 Volts...
Motor rule?! Stick to a maximum...

I prefer my set-up, lipo forward... Rear has enough weight and with lipo forward, I feel I have better steering. I run a Gen's Ace 7Ah, 4s lipo.
