If you used the fingernail polish remover to soak your tires in yes it would soften them. Using it to wipe something off your tires is not softening them. Common sense

We do use traction compound...

To do that would you put the foam on the rim first, Then put the tire over the foam and rim? I've had issues with my pit shimizu foams bunching up on my F1 wheels. I started CA gluing the foam...

I know what you are saying about the above highlighted comment. Locally we don't have a very big onroad crowd. And we only race onroad 3-1/2 months out of the year. Most guys have a hard time buying...

Don't have a good answer for that. Ideally you have racers that don't try to get passed the rules. But everyone knows thats not gonna happen. It's racing. Everyone wants an edge.

Any tips or tricks to gluing these tires up? They seem to be a pretty big pain. Never glued any onroad tires before. Always used premounts.
