Yep. I haven't changed the spur at all since I got it. Used to run Nitro for a few races then converted to the V3, and now have the V4 and it works great.

Sorry for the late response. Yes the track is open to the public but there is a $5 fee to run out there. All you have to do is stop by OGRC and pick up a pass to run all day for $5.
